4.Creation and Review

It will select 45 works.

(4)Materials and Tools
Sponsor offers:
Snow 4m*4m*3m；8m*4m*3m
Ice Block 1.6m*0.8m*0.5m，10 blocks；1.6m*0.8m*0.5m，20 blocks
Tool:Teams are required to bring sculpture tools. The organizer won’t supply any tools, we only provides the power supply and forklift.
(5)Creation Requirement:
The sculpture work should be created for the first time, which is never published before. The sculpture work should be positive and healthy. The creating style is not limited. The work is elegant in design,interesting in content, rich in connotation, interactive with the audience and harmonious with the environment.
(6)Awards
After the deadline, our expert group will review all the works, the list of entrants will be released in Sculpture Park's website http://www.ccwsp.com,and will give you the call.
5.Submission and Requirement:
(1)Every group should refer 1 to 3 works for reference (the format is jpg), and the photo of the works from all angles (no less than 2M),with team name and work name.
(2)Please download the application form（email:ccdsy2020@163.com password:ccsjdsy2020）,and submit the introduction of your team, the standard photos(2 inches) of team members and recent life photos(printable).
(3)All the materials should be sent to 94492891@qq.com in electronic files before November 20th.The materials contain application form without any blank, clear picture of your design, team member’s 2x2 color photos, and life photo (which can be printed).
6.Competitor Treatment
(1)Foreigners' travelling expenses can be reimbursed from your home to Changchun(Economy class), please keep your ticket.
The domestic team will reimburse your round-trip train ticket (hard sleeper or high-speed rail second-class seat).
Reimbursement requirements: The return ticket must be the same as coming ticket（the two places),otherwise it will not be reimbursed. Please send the return ticket within 7 days according to the date when you arrive the destination.Please keep the relevant bills.
(2)Sponsor provides food and accommodation for artist.
(3)Sponsor provides translators for foreign artist.
(4)Sponsor provides 10000 RMB for every artist who participate in creating 8m*4m*3m snow sculpture or 20 blocks ice sculpture.
Sponsor provides 5000 RMB for every other participant artist.
(5)Artist will be awarded with certificate.
7. Related Description
(1)Plagiarism and simulation is forbidden.
(2)The one who involves in plagiarism and simulation will be stripped of the contest and shall hold entire legal responsibility.
(3)Organizing Committee has the right of publication, exhibition and spreading information through network and do not have to pay fees to the creators.
(4)Organizing Committee reserves the right for the final explanation.
(5)Team members need to sign the “Pandemic Prevention and Control Commitment" Please download the application form

To keep them and hand it over to the organizer when you arrive. Team members should strictly abide by the relevant national regulations on epidemic prevention and control.
